The ML Solo+ is part of Commtel’s ‘Telguard’ range and is a 4G LTE door entry system for family homes, rental properties, industrial yards, car parks and more. The ML Solo+ is easy to use, quick and simple to install and commission, and offers secure telephone-based access control for a wide variety of applications.

Vision by Commtel is a 4G video system which allows visual verification before entry, and is ideal for high-security sites and luxury properties. Voice, access control and video feed are delivered through separate communication pathways to ensure critical access and secure video functionality. This also means that where internet access may not be stable enough to receive the video feed, a separate voice call will reduce the possibility of missed visitors.

Commtel products require a MICRO SIM. We will always recommend using one of our SIM cards as they are designed specifically to work with our intercom systems. However, if you would prefer to provide your own SIM, here are a few things to you will need: Calls Texts (used for SMS alerts and when using one of our apps). Data (only a very small amount is required if we are programming your intercom remotely for you). Marketing messages switched off – these can sometimes cause issues with the intercom. Voicemail switched off. If choosing a PAYG SIM, pop it in a phone to register it on the network provider’s app beforehand so that you can top up easily. VoLTE ready.

Our 4G systems can be programmed via our Commtel Config app, SMS or by using our Cirrus programming software. We also offer a 2 year warranty on all Telguard and Vision intercoms which includes free programming for the first 2 years, when requested using our online programming form.
